Ingredients
Broccoli
Grilled chicken thighs
Avocado
Sesame seeds
Plantains
Lettuce
Lemon
Flaked peppers
Yellow bell peppers

Easy To Make Salad:
Step 1: Dice the plain into small squares and fry.
Step 2: Steam the broccoli; add a squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper
Dice the onions
Cut the lettuce
Serve:
Start by layering the lettuce
Add the steamed broccoli
Add the plantains; bell pepper
Add the diced chicken
Garnish with sesame seeds
Add Tahini dressing (Optional)
