Plantain Salad

Ingredients

Broccoli

Grilled chicken thighs

Avocado

Sesame seeds

Plantains

Lettuce

Lemon

Flaked peppers

Yellow bell peppers

Black pepper

Easy To Make Salad:

Step 1: Dice the plain into small squares and fry.

Step 2: Steam the broccoli; add a squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper

Dice the onions

Cut the lettuce

 

Serve:

  • Start by layering the lettuce

  • Add the steamed broccoli

  • Add the plantains; bell pepper

  • Add the diced chicken

  • Garnish with sesame seeds

  • Add Tahini dressing (Optional)
