If you are going to see any change in your life the first you have to know is that change takes time. It does not happen overnight.
2. Practice Consistency
Have you ever started on a project and given up half way because you do not see any difference or the result anticipated from the project? What happened with that project? Wait let me guess it never got finished!
Consistency Matters: Consistency will keep you on. Consistency will keep you from quitting.
3. Become Proactive
In life we all make decisions daily the affects our outcomes; whether that decision is made consciously or unconsciously. Make your choices don’t let life choose for you.
4. Stop Comparison
My journey is different from yours. Our destinations cannot all be the same. A marathoner has no business comparing her speed to a sprinter.
5. There is Almost Nothing New Under the Sun.
The change you are seeking has likely been experienced by someone else, hence to change read the book; talk to a mentor; get a coach. The best teacher used to be “experience but not any more”.
