One Pot- Stewed Lamb

Another one pot recipe for dinner. For this recipe I used the ingredients I have at home. So, this might not be like your traditional stewed meat recipe. For best result use any iron cast pot or Dutch oven

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack Lamb

  • Bell Peppers: ½ Yellow and ½ Orange

  • 1 Medium size Carrots

  • 1 Large Onion

  • Herbs: 2-3 stalks each (Dill; Mint; Rosemary)

  • Small Red Potatoes

  • Dry Seasoning: steak Rub, bouillon powder

  • 2 Tablespoon Oxtail Seasoning- Optional

Instructions:

  1. Wash all vegetables and cut into medium to large sizes. I like my carrots crunchy, so I tend to cut them into medium-large sizes.

  2. Wash the meats; season with the dry seasoning and then marinate for 1 hour or more.

  3. Add all the ingredients together into your iron cast oven. Make sure you put enough water to cover the pot contents.

  4. Let it cook on low to medium heat for 1 hour.

You can eat by itself or serve on rice.

Enjoy!

Notes:

  • Start by cooking on low heat; to cook the meat; you can turn heat to medium to soak up the broth.
